Our Barrels
Our barrels are crafted using old world techniques passed down by generations through a family cooperage. The white oak comes exclusively from some of Europe’s few old and primary growth forests. The wood is seasoned outdoors without using kilns. The oak is a rich mixture of tight grained Quercus Petraea and Quercus Robur and the coopers use the same oak to toast the barrels in the traditional way.

Our Offer
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to participate in our next shipment of these barrels. We are now taking orders, toasted to your specification. We have barrels available for inspection at our Missouri location. We inspect each transatlantic shipment at the cooperage and upon receipt in Missouri. Our premier barrel offering is 225l.
